I am an art teacher by education. Pastry art is my favorite hobby and maybe it will become my second profession. I started with baking muffins for my relatives on every my birthday, it is a nice tradition. Then I began mastering complicated cakes. In 2021, I took part in “The Pastry Chef” TV cooking show and became one of the finalists, and then I tried myself in the “GRANDPRO Lights the Stars” competition. I am gaining experience and constantly developing my abilities!

Ingredients
  • Wheat flour 380 g
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Corn starch
  • Baking powder
  • Medium-size eggs 2 pcs
  • Sugar 120 g
  • White raisins 65 g
  • Milk 160 ml
  • GRANDPRO Cake margarine 100 g
cooking
  • Sift the flour; add vanilla, corn starch, and baking powder to it.
  • Separately, whisk eggs with sugar (at low speed).
  • Add flour mixture, raisins, warm milk, and GRANDPRO Cake margarine to the egg mixture. After kneading, let the dough rest for about 5 minutes.
  • Preheat an oven to 185˚С. Pour the dough in a buttered baking mold with a diameter of 16 cm. Bake for 25 minutes.
